Identification Requirements: For purchases above ₹2,00,000, customers are required to provide valid government-issued identification (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID) as per regulatory requirements.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods at our store:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• Cheque (subject to clearance)

GST Invoice: A valid GST invoice will be provided for every purchase. Please verify all details on the invoice before leaving the store.

Jewellery Inspection: Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their jewellery at the time of purchase. Any concerns regarding quality, weight, or finish should be raised before leaving the store.

Gold Pricing: Gold jewellery prices are calculated based on:

• Prevailing market rate of gold on the date of invoice
• Actual weight of gold (in grams) used in the product
• Making charges (vary by design complexity)
• Applicable GST (currently 3% on gold jewellery)
• Stone charges (if applicable)

Diamond Pricing: Diamond prices are determined by the 4 C's: Carat, Cut, Color, and Clarity. Each diamond is unique and priced accordingly.

BIS Hallmark Assurance: All our gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked, guaranteeing the purity as marked. Diamond solitaires are accompanied by GIA or IGI certification.

Price Fluctuation: Gold and diamond prices fluctuate daily based on international markets. The price on the day of invoicing is final.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer Lifetime Exchange and Buyback on jewellery purchased from Shyam Sundari The Jewellers.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchange your jewellery anytime for another design of equal or higher value
• 100% value of gold will be credited at prevailing market rates on the day of exchange
• Diamond value will be assessed based on current market conditions
• Original making charges are non-refundable
• New making charges will apply on the exchanged piece
• Original invoice must be presented

Buyback Policy:

• We buy back gold jewellery at 100% of the prevailing gold rate
• Diamond buyback value is assessed by our gemologist based on current market conditions
• Original invoice and certificates must be presented
• Payment will be made via bank transfer or cheque
• Buyback is not applicable on customized/personalized pieces without prior agreement

Lifetime Maintenance: We offer complimentary cleaning and polishing services for life on all jewellery purchased from us.

1-Year Manufacturing Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering:

• Loose stone settings
• Clasp or lock mechanism issues
• Stone falling due to setting defects

Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to improper handling, accidents, or impact
• Loss of stones due to impact or snagging
• Damage from exposure to chemicals (perfume, cosmetics, cleaning agents)
• Alterations or repairs done by third parties
• Rhodium plating wear-off on white gold jewellery

Diamond Certification: All solitaire diamonds come with original GIA or IGI certification. We guarantee the authenticity of the certificate and the diamond's specifications.
